Privacy Policy
Pocket Poker helps players study Texas Hold'em strategy, training spots, session stats, and tournament tools. This page explains what information the app can collect, why it is used, and what still needs to be set up before a public Google Play release.

What We Collect
Pocket Poker may collect the following categories of information:
- Account details you provide, such as your email address and display name.
- App data you create, such as session logs, blind structures, training progress, and welcome/onboarding state.
- Technical diagnostics, crash details, and bug reports that you choose to submit.
- Advertising data from AdMob, including ad request and performance information.
- Bot-protection verification data when CAPTCHA is enabled for sign-in or sign-up.
How We Use Information
- To create and restore your account.
- To sync your saved poker sessions and app preferences across devices.
- To improve app reliability, investigate bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To show ads and measure ad performance.
- To keep authentication flows safe from bots and automated misuse.
Storage and Third Parties
Pocket Poker stores some data locally on your device and may sync data to cloud services used by the app. The current release setup uses Supabase for authentication and sync, Cloudflare Turnstile for CAPTCHA protection when enabled, and Google AdMob for advertising.
Before public release, this policy should be updated with your production support email, website, and any additional third-party services you enable.
Ads
Pocket Poker can display banner and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may be used to unlock extra training activity after a cooldown. Ad providers may collect device and performance information to serve, limit, and measure ads according to their own policies.
Your Choices
- You can choose to use guest mode instead of creating an account.
- You can sign out and clear local app data.
- You can avoid submitting optional bug report text.
- You can request deletion of account-linked data once a public support channel is set up.
Children's Privacy
Pocket Poker is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, you should remove that account data and contact the app operator once the public support channel is published.
