Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Pocket Poker account and the synced data linked to that account. This option is available even if you no longer have the app installed.

How to request deletion
- Send your request to taygamesinfo@gmail.com.
- Use the email address that is linked to your Pocket Poker account, or clearly state that account email in your message.
- Write that you want your Pocket Poker account deleted.
What will be deleted
When we process a valid deletion request, we aim to delete the Pocket Poker account and the synced cloud data directly linked to that account, including:
- Your Pocket Poker sign-in account.
- Your synced display name and account-linked profile data.
- Your synced poker session history, blind structures, training state, and related cloud preferences.
What may not be deleted automatically
- Data stored locally on your own device is not removed remotely. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear the app's local storage on your device.
- We may retain limited information if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
If you submitted a separate bug report or support message, that request may need to be reviewed alongside your account deletion request.
